Wayz Family Salon is a modern unisex salon dedicated to delivering comprehensive grooming and beauty solutions.
- Management: The salon is managed by Chetna Dodani and Director Anmol Dodani, guided by the vision of Late Shri Raju Dodani.
- Services: We offer hair styling, skin care, hand & foot care, makeup, specialized premium treatments, and bridal packages.
2. Appointments and Bookings
- Scheduling: Appointments can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. While we welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding late arrivals, no-shows, and booking deposits.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or for health and safety reasons.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website or in-store menus are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify our service prices at any time.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and standard digital payment methods (UPI, etc.). Full payment is required upon the completion of your service.
- Quotations: For complex services (like color corrections or extensive bridal packages), a consultation is required, and a final price will be quoted before the service begins.
4. Health, Safety, and Medical Conditions
- Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, or current medications before your service begins. This includes skin sensitivities to bleach, wax, or specific hair/skin products.
- Patch Tests: For certain chemical treatments (like hair coloring or skin peels), a patch test may be required 24–48 hours before your appointment.
- Personal Belongings: Wayz Family Salon is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought into the salon.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Wayz Family Salon owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics. You may view and/or print pages for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
