Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wayz Family Salon, we value your time and the time of our expert team. We strive to provide an exceptional and relaxing experience for every client. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests efficiently, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel or reschedule by calling us at 8080502781 or emailing care@wayzluxe.com.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of any booking deposit.
2. Late Arrivals
We want you to fully enjoy your time with us. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
- We offer a grace period of 15 minutes.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service duration to accommodate the next client, or we may kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. Full service charges will still apply for shortened treatments.
3. No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notice (“no-shows”) will lose any advance deposits paid. Repeated no-shows may require a full non-refundable prepayment for future bookings.
4. Service Refund Policy
Because our services involve the time and expertise of our professionals, as well as the use of premium products, we do not offer monetary refunds on any hair, skin, nail, or makeup services. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority, guided by our commitment to excellence.
- The Wayz Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please reach out to us within [e.g., 7 days] of your appointment. We will gladly invite you back for a complimentary adjustment or correction with the same stylist/therapist or another member of our experienced team.
5. Bridal and Package Bookings
Our Bridal Packages, Pre-bridal Grooming, and Festive Packages require significant time and coordination.
- Booking Advance: No Booking advance is required to secure your date for bridal and extensive party packages.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a bridal or package booking, the advance deposit will be retained by the salon. Changes to the date or services can be accommodated subject to availability, provided we are given sufficient notice.
6. Retail Product Refunds
(If you sell retail products like shampoos, serums, etc., use this section. If not, you can delete it.)
Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged or refunded within [e.g., 14 days] of purchase, provided you have the original receipt. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
